Standard End-of-Lease ‘Scope of Works’ Checklist

- outside of range hood de-greased
- sink including handles and spout
- wipe down fronts of cupboards and drawers
- inside of cupboards cleaned thoroughly
- mop and or vacuum floor
Bathrooms
- vanity tops cleaned
- basins and bath tub cleaned
- general light surface mould removal (if applicable)
- shower including shower screens
- fronts of cupboards and drawers wiped
- toilet inside and out sanitised
- walls around toilet as needed washed
